Indon, US approvals to keep NW abattoir busy

The North West’s only abattoir is about to ramp up production after receiving approvals to export to the sizeable Indonesian and US markets.
The Kimberley Meat Company, halfway between Broome and Derby on Yeeda Station, started processing in March after a $25 million investment by Yeeda owners Jack Burton and Mervyn Key.
